Robin S. Andrews
Aud, FAAA, Audiologist
Dr. Andrews completed his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Michigan University, his Master of Science in Audiology from the University of Alabama, and was awarded his Doctor of Audiology degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences. He also holds and maintains the prestigious National Board Certification in Audiology.
For over 25 years, he has provided comprehensive Audiologic services in a private practice setting as well as for various Ear Nose and Throat specialists in Georgia.
His mission is to provide comprehensive Audiologic services to private individuals, industries, and physicians. This includes a broad range of services including comprehensive audiometry, balance assessments, complete hearing aid dispensing, fittings, related services and repairs, OSHA compliant hearing conservation services to industries, and contract audiology services to private practice otolaryngologists and neurologists. Dr. Andrews has taken a special interest in balance testing and assessments.
Dr. Andrews is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and a member of the Georgia Academy of Audiology.
Debra Smith
Office Manager/Patient Care Coordinator
Griffin office
Debra completed her training in medical office procedures from Griffin Tech. Coursework included medical terminology, procedures and diagnostic coding for insurance. Debra has many years of experience in customer service. Debra's enthusiasm is contagious.
Michelle Sykes
Office Manager/Patient Care Coordinator
Macon office
Michelle has over 5 years of customer service experience with a national insurance group. During her tenure she completed continuing education in areas of business administration and consumer relations. Since joining our office she has completed training offered by health insurance groups on insurance filing and procedures. Michelle will make sure your office experience is a pleasant one.
