I had to consistently ask people to repeat themselves. I could hear them but had difficulty understanding what they said. I'm an RN and need to know exactly what was being said by the doctors and patients. Since getting the hearing aids, it has been a dramatic improvement. It's like night and day. Dr. Andrews has been a great help in the improvement of my hearing loss. His treatment has been very personalized to my individual needs.
